Norway's Government Pension Fund or Sovereign Wealth Fund just dropped an Imelda Marcos sized closet of shoes on the Mr. Moynhian and Bank of America. The Norwegians are suing Bank of America for mortgage fraud. Not only BAC, but Countrywide and Mr. Mozilo, and KPGM, the auditor of the Countrywide sale to BAC. Not that BAC and KPGM haven't been sued over Countrywide's dirty pool in the past. Zero Hedge broke the story and you can read their comments here.
Is there anyone that has done business with BAC and isn't suing them?
Don't open a vein in the bath Mr. Buffett, I am sure that 5 billion you invested 2 weeks ago is a safe bet.
Is that your rubber ducky circling the drain?
