Three scud missiles were launched from Iraq at Kuwait early Friday morning August 26th, 2011.
They were launched by the Iran-backed Ketaeb Hizballah of Iraq, a terrorist group.

So a terrorist group has control of a bunch of Scud missiles and the US military can't do anything about it?
Please, someone remind me again, why we are there and didn't we "win" the war on Terror?
